Mentorship without the motivational poster
I have benefited from a lot of people sharing what they knew, making introductions, answering questions, and occasionally telling me when I was overthinking something. Mentorship is one of the ways I try to pay that forward.
This is not a formal coaching program. There is no curriculum, package, or sales pitch. It is simply time to talk through where you are, what you are trying to do, and what might help you get there.

Sometimes you just need a sounding board from someone who has already made a few of the mistakes you are trying to avoid. I am happy to share what I know and, when it genuinely makes sense, connect people in my network.
What mentorship with me looks like
Most conversations are informal. Sometimes you need career advice. Sometimes you need someone to review a Sessionize abstract. Sometimes you are trying to decide whether you should become a consultant, submit for an MVP award, start speaking, change jobs, or stop saying yes to everything.
I am happy to share what I know, challenge assumptions, make introductions when it makes sense, and tell you what I actually think. I will not pretend to have every answer, and I am not going to turn every conversation into a five-step framework.
