Practical sessions from real Microsoft 365 environments
I speak about Microsoft 365 the same way I write about it here: from the field. The useful part is rarely the perfect demo. It is what happens when the tenant is messy, the requirements change, governance meets reality, and somebody still has to make the thing work on Monday morning.
My sessions cover SharePoint, Copilot, Power Platform, governance, modernization, adoption, and the Microsoft community. Some are technical. Some are about architecture and decision-making. Some are about the people behind the tenant. The common thread is practical experience, strong opinions earned the hard way, and enough honesty to talk about what did not work too.

Session: Stop drowning in updates: Turn Microsoft 365 change into action
Microsoft 365 admins already have the information. The harder part is turning Message Center posts, roadmap announcements, feature releases, and admin notifications into something the organization can actually act on. This session builds a repeatable update pipeline using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 Roadmap MCP to classify what matters and route it into the tools where work actually happens.
